We can supply either plastic travel kennels or tailor made wooden crates depending on your personal requirements and destination.

The full range of IATA approved cages for cats and dogs are available.

Please note cats travel in standard size kennels.

Every travel box must meet the IATA standards.

We advise you to look at the IATA live animal regulations for cats and dogs.

Any other travel box will refused by the airline.

Please ask for container requirements for all other animals. We do not only send cats and dogs, but are well experienced in other pets like falcons, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles & etc...

You can be so relieved when we handle your beloved pets’ removal and cover every issue for the relocation. Our port to door service is one of your best choices which includes the followings:

• Our consultant will guide you or your agent to prepare the necessary documents

• Our consultant will check through all available documents you provide, in order to

ensure all documents match with the formalities necessary for the particular importation

• Application of import license

• Advance arrangement with the local authority for the cargo arrival

• Cargo handling upon arrival as well as customs clearance

• Delivery to quarantine station in Kuala Lumpur (7 days quarantine required), home or to

boarding kennel

America (except Hawaii) - Both dog and cats need updated vaccination records, health certificate - Import permit may be required for other animals - Some airlines accept pets as excess baggage - Hard to arrange flight for Summer hottest days and the sub-zero Winter days - Maximum 1 month to prepare (for dogs and cats) - Not easy to arrange if more than one connecting flight Australia and New Zealand Importing pet dogs and cats into Australia or New Zealand requires detailed planning and complicated process handling. We strongly recommend that one should start to prepare at least 9 months in advance and using consultant services is necessary. Canada - Both dogs and cats need updated vaccination records, health certificate - Import permit may be required for other animals - Some airlines accept pet as excess baggage - Maximum 1 month to prepare - Usually, no quarantine required China - Both dogs and cats need updated vaccination, health certificate - Dogs need to have microchip implanted - 30-day home quarantine - Maximum 1 month to prepare Europe There are many changes related to pet relocation recently. New pet traveling scheme applies to some countries. Some other countries remain the same as before or have proceeding changes. Please call in advance to find out more about the destination requirements. - Both dogs and cats need to have microchip implanted - Both dogs and cats need updated vaccination, health certificate - Some country might require rabies test Japan New regulations apply to dogs and cats importation. No quarantine is required if all conditions are met. It takes at least 8 months to prepare. - Both dogs and cats need updated vaccination, health certificate - Rabies vaccination at least done twice (second shot be given while first shot is still valid) - Both dogs and cats need to have microchip implanted - Both dogs and cats need to have a rabies test - Need to notify the quarantine department well in advance. Under quarantine conditions: Both dogs and cats can be imported to Japan with up to 6-month quarantine. Singapore New regulations apply to dogs and cats importation starting in Jan 2010. No quarantine is required if all conditions are met. It takes at least 3 months to prepare. - Both dogs and cats need updated vaccination, health certificate - Both dogs and cats need to have microchip implanted - Both dogs and cats need to have a rabies test Taiwan It takes at least 8 months to prepare. - Both dogs and cats need updated vaccination, health certificate - Both dogs and cats need a rabies test - Both dogs and cats need 21-day quarantine upon arrival. There are limited quarantine spaces. Therefore, early booking (at least 3 months earlier) is necessary to avoid waiting for vacancy. UK Total preparation takes at least 7 months. Any improper documents or preparation can cause detention and quarantine for up to 6 months. Under Pet traveling Scheme: - Both dogs and cats need updated vaccination, health certificate - Both dogs and cats need to have microchip implanted on/before rabies vaccination - Both dogs and cats need to have a rabies test Under quarantine conditions: Both dogs and cats can be imported to UK under the old regulations 6-month quarantine.
